Must See of 2006

Sergio Martinez of BoxingScene.com via Fox Sports has compiled one part of a list of must-see fights for 2006 - one of them including a potential slugfest between Scott Harrison and Joan Guzman. Both fighters have a history of standing back and throwing punches with little defense. Harrison is more keen to wearing down opponents with an array of body shots and blows to the head while Guzman sports a style that has earned him the rightful nickname of ‘Little Tyson’. The two featherweights are currently scheduled to meet in May in Belfast, Ireland.

It would be Jones Jr.‘s first fight overseas since losing a controversial decision in the 1988 Olympics final in Seoul. KO Corner Evolving

KO Corner has changed.

It’s a KO Corner redux, and it’s naked!

Yes, we plan on dressing it up a bit, but we were getting tired of waiting to be finished with that and just decided to just launch, bringing you new content in a new style (yes, very blog-like).

The links and feedreader section will return (and be expanded).  The forums may over time, but right now we’re working on front page content along with the design.

I encourage everyone to sign up for an account.  If you have an account at The Ice Block or Poker Overhaul, you’re already set.  Commenting here will be open for the most part, but we do ask everyone remain civilized.  Any comments deemed inappropriate (including: personal attacks, hate speech, bigotry, preaching) will be deleted.
