Rios Battles Madrid on April 13
Undefeated lightweight prospect Brandon “Bam Bam” Rios returns to Chicago for his second straight Solo Boxeo televised co-main event on Friday, April 13th as part of Resurrection, another evening of world class professional boxing promoted by Dominic Pesoli’s 8 Count Productions, Home of the best in Chicago Boxing.
Joining 8 Count Productions in presenting Resurrection is Bob Arum’s Top Rank Incorporated, TCF Bank and Tecate Beer.
The 20 year old Rios, 14-0 (10KO’s), fighting out of La Colonial Gym in Oxnard, California, home base for two time junior middleweight champion Fernando Vargas, will battle El Paso’s Carlos Madrid, 8-2-1 (2KO’s) in the eight round co-main event.
