Johnson, Hunter Win
DORAVILLE, Ga. - The popular fistic series ShoBox: The New Generation delivered an exciting night of boxing on Friday, August 3 with heavyweights Kevin “The Kingpin” Johnson and Damian “Bolo” Wills in a fast passed, highly entertaining battle that had the near capacity crowd at Far West Rodeo on their feet for part of the evening. Johnson won a unanimous decision with two judges scoring the bout 99-91 and one judge 100 – 91.
In the co-feature, stylish super bantamweight Eric Hunter scored a unanimous decision victory against the much bigger Tyrell Samuel. Two judges scored the bout 79-73 and one 78 -74.

Hunter vs Samueal Featherweight Co-Main Event Aug 3
New York - Joe Deguardia’s Star Boxing in association with the Atlanta KO Kings today announced an opponent change for the spectacular Friday, August 3 “Crossroads Collision” featherweight co-main event from Atlanta, GA, live broadcast on Showtime boxing series ShoBox: The Next Generation.
Eric “The Outlaw” Hunter (7-1, 3KO’s) will now be going up against Baltimore native Tyrell Samuel (9-1 5KO’s) scheduled for 8rds. Hunter was originally matched up with Mexico City’s Joel Santiago (8-0, 2KO’s) who suffered a training camp injury and is unavailable for the fight.

Johnson and Wills to Fight Aug 3
NEW YORK - Two up and coming heavyweight prospects, Kevin “The Kingpin” Johnson (15-0-1, 6 KOs) and Damian “Bolo” Wills (22-1-1, 16 KOs), will have their chance to make a mark on the American heavyweight picture when they meet on the renowned Showtime series – ShoBox: The Next Generation, Friday, August 3, from Atlanta, Ga. In the featherweight co-feature, Eric Hunter (7-1, 3 KOs), of Philadelphia, Pa., will take on Joel Santiago (8-0, 2 KOs) of Mexico City, Mexico.
The exciting doubleheader, promoted by Joe DeGuardia’s Star Boxing will air on Showtime (11 p.m. ET/PT, delayed on the west coast) from the Far West Rodeo, Doraville, Ga.
