Hamed Released

Former featherweight champion Naseem Hamed was released from prison Monday after serving 4 months of a 15 month sentence. Hamed was originally sent to prison after crashing head-on into two cars at over 90 mph in Northern England last year, injuring the other drivers.

Hamed Gets Locked Up

Former featherweight champion Naseem Hamed has been sentenced to 15 months in prison as a result of a reckless driving charge. Hamed crashed into two other cars going 90+ mph in Northern England last year, injuring another driver. Hamed’s drivers license was also suspended for four years.
