Mesi’s Debut Filled with Rust

Joe Mesi won a unanimous decision over impromptu opponent Stephane Tessier but not without showing the ring rust he had accumlated after being sidelined for almost two years. After the fight, Tessier got on the microphone and demanded a rematch. Mesi’s promoter has said that he wants to do another fight in Canada so a rematch may be possible…

Mesi’s New Opponent

Daniel Frank, Joe Mesi’s opponent in his comeback bout tonight is unable to participate due to visa problems traveling over from his native Brazil. Stefan Tessier will be taking on Mesi on short notice this evening instead.
